In the comprehensive utilization of molybdenum ore, a polymetallic deposit, the rational recovery and utilization of associated scheelite is not only related to economic benefits, but also of great significance to environmental protection and resource conservation. In order to achieve this goal, the N263-kerosene system is used for priority extraction of scheelite, and the technical path of effectively retaining molybdenum in the water phase has become the mainstream practice in the industry. In this process, the combined extraction centrifugal extractor, with its excellent phase separation ability and high extraction efficiency, has become the key equipment to achieve efficient recovery of scheelite.

In the extraction stage, the high efficiency separation and enrichment of scheelite from molybdenum ore is realized with 1:1 extraction ratio (O/A) through the 7-stage series operation of the combined extraction centrifugal extractor. In this process, the combined extraction centrifugal extractor uses its unique centrifugal force field to accelerate the kinetic process of the extraction reaction, improve the extraction rate and selectivity, and ensure the high recovery of scheelite.

Subsequently, the loaded organic phase enters the washing section, and after fine treatment by a 3-cascade centrifugal extractor, the impurities in the organic phase are effectively removed with water, which lays a good foundation for the subsequent stripping process. In the back extraction stage, the (NH4)2CO3 solution is used as the back extraction agent. Through the continuous operation of 14 cascade extraction centrifugal extractor, the scheelite is successfully extracted from the organic phase at the ratio of 2.5:1 back extraction (O/A), and the concentration and recovery of scheelite are realized. In this stage, the efficient phase separation capability and stable operation performance of the combined extraction centrifugal extractor ensure the smooth process and high purity of the product.

After stripping, the organic phase needs to be saponified to recover its extraction ability. This process is also carried out by the combined extraction centrifugal extractor, through the continuous operation of the 3-stage saponification and regeneration stage, the organic phase is saponified with a certain concentration of NaOH solution, effectively removing the residue in it and restoring its extraction activity. The regenerated organic phase can be recycled in the next extraction process, which realizes the saving and environmental protection of the extractant.

In summary, the combined extraction centrifugal extractor plays a vital role in the efficient recovery process of scheelite from molybdenum ore. Its characteristics of high efficiency, stability and environmental protection not only improve the recovery rate and product quality of scheelite, but also reduce the production cost and environmental pollution risk, and provide strong support for the comprehensive utilization of molybdenum mine polymetallic resources.
