With its automatic control, cycle operation, automatic discharge, no residual cake, no pollution to the material and other unique advantages, fully meet the production needs of fine viscous materials and high-risk conditions. At present, centrifugal separation equipment on the market is usually equipped with mechanical scraping, friction extrusion and other supporting devices, such as scraper discharge or open work (discharge cover, etc.), which inevitably have open risks and are difficult to meet the essential safety requirements. Especially in the face of harsh conditions such as multi-variety, small batch, high added value, fine adhesion difficult to separate, the existing separation equipment often falls into the technical dilemma of low separation efficiency and large material loss.
The bag type automatic centrifuge adopts the original unloading method, without using the mechanical structure such as scraper or spiral, without any damage to the crystal shape of the material, and the filter cake can be completely removed, without residual filter cake affecting the next batch of filtration. ** Working process **
1. ** Start-up phase **
The machine is driven by a variable frequency motor, which drives the spindle to rotate, and then drives the drum installed on the spindle to rotate synchronously until the motor reaches the working speed.
2. ** Feeding stage **
The feed pipe is located in the center of the drum, and according to the working volume of the machine, the loading limit and the material characteristics, the feed valve is adjusted by controlling the flow rate or the feed time.
3. ** Washing stage **
If you need to wash the cake, you can switch to the washing state. The washing liquid enters the drum through the feed pipe to wash the cake, and the washing time is controlled according to the need.
4. ** dewatering stage **
In the dewatering stage, the liquid in the material flows into the liquid collecting chamber through the filter screen and the opening on the drum, and then drains out of the machine through the liquid outlet, and the solid is trapped on the filter screen to form a filter cake. The rotation speed of the tip bag centrifuge is higher than that of the ordinary centrifuge, resulting in a larger separation factor, significantly shortening the dehydration time, and increasing the solid content of the filter cake.
5. ** Unloading stage **
After the dewatering stage is over, the unloading stage is entered. Under the action of the mechanical device, the filter screen turns out, and the filter cake on the filter screen is thrown into the filter cake collection chamber under the action of centrifugal force, and finally discharged out of the machine through the slag outlet. Due to the action of centrifugal force, the filter cake on the filter screen is removed very clean, leaving no residual material. Discharge speed varies with machine specifications.
