As a strategic resource, crude oil plays a vital role in national economic activities. The petroleum industry uses oil and natural gas as raw materials to produce petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, lubricating oil, and various organic chemical raw materials, as well as petrochemical products such as the three major synthetic materials (synthetic resins, synthetic fibers, and synthetic rubber). In this process, the separation machinery undertakes key functions such as oil-water separation, oil quality improvement, component extraction, water circulation and wastewater treatment. New separation equipment such as high efficiency centrifugal extractor, precision filtration equipment and molecular distillation are playing an increasingly important role in the petroleum industry.

Oil field flowback fluid separation

In the process of drilling in offshore oil field, in order to reduce the soaking time of completion fluid to the reservoir and reduce reservoir pollution, it is necessary to carry out flowback as soon as possible after completion. However, the flowback fluid contains a large amount of crude oil, suspended matter and other impurities. The flowback flow process during the completion of the conduit cannot separate the oil and water in time, and a large number of waste oil tanks are required to recover the flowback fluid. This puts higher requirements on the disposal of the site, transportation vehicles and recovered fluid, and may lead to timely or continuous flowback failure of the well.

By connecting high-efficiency and high-parameter centrifugal extractor in series, a multistage tandem countercurrent extraction system is formed, which can effectively clarify the flowback liquid, remove the crude oil, suspended matter and chroma in it, and recycle the purified flowback liquid. The system has a maximum water treatment capacity of more than 120m³/h, with entrainment as low as ppm.

Extraction of lithium from water produced in oil and gas fields

The produced water of oil and gas fields is a kind of difficult wastewater containing high salt, high sulfur, high hardness, petroleum and complex organic matter, but it is also a mineral resource with a variety of high-value elements, among which lithium (> 60mg/L) has attracted much attention as an energy metal.

At present, the extraction process of lithium from produced water of oil and gas field mainly uses the solvent extraction method and adsorption method for extracting lithium from brine, which has the most potential in low concentration system. Among them, the centrifugal solvent extraction method has the advantages of high yield, green environmental protection, high efficiency and stability, and can realize the water extraction of lithium from high sulfur, high salt and low lithium gas fields, which has become an important technical trend of resource utilization of water extraction of lithium from gas fields.

Oil-water separation

Oil and water separation systems are mainly used for oil and water separation on floating production storage vessels (FPsos) or fixed platforms. The system includes the following parts: feed filter device (to remove solids and other impurities), conveying pump, light and heavy phase liquid out collection tank, output pump, control system. The separated water phase can further enter the membrane system for clarification as needed.

Diesel oil separation system

1. The separated water phase entrainment amount is less than 20ppm, and the oil phase entrainment amount is less than 200ppm;

2. The system has strong adaptability, can adapt to various working conditions, and low power consumption.

Coolant/lubricant regeneration

1. Coolant clarification; Clarification of water polluted by lubricating oil and diesel oil;

2. The system can be skid mounted or fixed, corrosion-resistant material.

Crude phenol processing

Crude phenol is a complex mixture containing a variety of phenols, the main components of which include phenol, cresol and xylenol. At present, the chemical products produced in the crude phenol processing project are mainly phenol, o-cresol and m-p-cresol. Coal tar phenol extraction process includes sulfuric acid process, carbon dioxide process and extraction process. In the extraction method, the extraction agent (such as ethyl acetate) was used to gradient eluate the deasphalted coal tar at middle and low temperature to achieve the separation of coal tar, and to obtain neutral oil and phenol-rich deoiled components after washing respectively. CTX overhung centrifugal extraction multistage countercurrent system, phenol recovery rate is greater than 99.5%, neutral oil and pyridine removal rate is greater than 95%, entrain amount is less than 1%, fully meet the process requirements.
