Equipment introduction

The tower type extraction equipment has the characteristics of small footprint, large processing capacity and good sealing performance, and can be designed into different structures according to the separation requirements, processing capacity and system characteristics.

The commonly used extraction towers include packing extraction tower, rotary extraction tower, turbine extraction tower, vibrating screen tower and so on.

Packed extraction column
The packed column is a gravity dispersive extraction column. The tower is equipped with packing, light phase enters from the bottom of the tower and flows from the top of the tower, heavy phase flows from the top of the tower and flows from the bottom of the tower, and the two phase droplets are dispersed and collided by the packing during the flow process, so as to achieve the mass transfer effect. Commonly used fillers are lassie ring, saddle ring, Bauer ring and so on.
