Equipment introduction
Centrifugal extractor is a new, fast and efficient liquid-liquid extraction separation equipment, which has higher separation efficiency than traditional extraction equipment such as extraction tank and extraction tower, and is more conducive to continuous production.
The centrifugal extractor uses the motor to drive the drum to rotate at high speed, and the two liquids to be mixed and separated complete the mixed mass transfer under the action of the shear force generated by the stirring paddle, and then the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the drum is quickly separated.
Centrifugal extractor can be used in a single set, or multi-stage series to achieve countercurrent extraction, high mass transfer efficiency, short two-phase residence time, less retention, simple operation, can change the speed, flow ratio and mixing strength as needed.

Working process
Hybrid mass transfer process
The light and light two-phase solution enters the mixing chamber from the two feed pipes respectively in a certain proportion, and the mixing mass transfer process is quickly completed under the action of the stirring paddle.
Two phase separation process
Under the action of static turbine, the mixed liquid enters the drum. In the cavity formed by the web, the mixed liquid quickly rotates synchronously with the drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dense heavy phase liquid gradually moves away from the center of the drum and toward the wall of the drum in the upward flow process. The light phase liquid with low density gradually moves away from the drum wall and toward the center, and the clarified two-phase liquid finally enters the collection chamber through each channel and flows out along the tangent square to complete the two-phase separation process.

♦ Good sealing: multi-channel shaft seal design, magnetic drive structure can also be selected.
