In terms of investment cost, the centrifugal extractor has a relatively high investment cost due to its complex structure and high manufacturing accuracy requirements. The extraction tank has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing and installation cost, and is a relatively economical choice. The investment cost of the extraction tower is somewhere in between, but the selection and installation of its internal components will have a large impact on the cost. In terms of floor space, the extraction tank has a large floor space due to its horizontal arrangement structure. The extraction tower is a vertical structure with a relatively small footprint.
Although the volume of the equipment itself may not be large, it occupies a relatively large area due to the need to be equipped with the corresponding basic and protective facilities. In summary, the centrifugal extractor, extraction tank and extraction tower have their advantages and disadvantages in terms of structure, separation efficiency, operation, investment cost and footprint.
